The Big Potato

I was in my room talking to my friend and on my laptop. My mom said that today we were having a good dinner. I was exited to find out what is was. I could smell it and it smelled like some sort of meat. I told my friend that I had to go so I could see if my “special” dinner was ready. When I walked down the hallway I was afraid to look because I didn't know if it would be something I like. When I sat down I saw bright green broccoli, steak lined up in a strait line and a HUGE baked potato covered with cheese! I love cheese. I asked my mom if the steak was filet minion she sad no but it was just as good. This was one of the best dinners ever!

Short Story
4/25/14

I am very angry that I have a lot of homework. I have 1 page of math, I have to read, I have to email my teacher something and that's it. I am happy that I am in a homework choice hour. When I get home I am going to finish my homework and probably go some where. Comment about you day🗼

Today I went to my moms job and we had lots of fun. First we ate chocolate chip pancakes and then we started introducing ourselves. I already knew my really good friend Lia because our moms work together and they are friends. W have known each other since birth. After we got to know every one we talked about what every body's parent does. My mom helps people with disabilities and they call her if they need help. I if she cant help them then she refers them to someone who can. After that we had a disability workshop set up so we could ride in a wheel chair, see how it feels to be blind, see how it feels to have one arm, and see how it feels when you have schizophrenia which is when you hear voices in your head when other people are talking to you. When it was time for lunch I went to Fridays with my friend Lia. We stuffed ourselves a lot! When we got back we watched a Michel Jackson impersonator dance. We went on a scavenger hunt and we had a lot of fun!! I had a fun and educational trip to my moms job😉

I am really sorry I have not posted in a while! Yesterday I was sick because I threw up. Here is the story. My class was at the movies to see bears and my stomach wasn't feeling well. I was trying to hold in until the end do the movie. Once the movie was over my stomach had really big bubbles. I was holding on to the arms of the chair and screaming my friend Arias name. I couldn't stop it with my hand so I just shot throw up out of my mouths. It went all over me!  It was on my hair, shoe and coat. I saw everyone looking at me. My friends were asking me if I was ok and my teacher was getting me napkins. I finally got up and some guided me to the bathroom. I cleaned myself of and went to the front of the school bus. When I got to school I called my mom and she picked me up.

For Easter I went over my grandmas house.On Saturday I played outside with my friends  and then I went to the store. On Sunday my whole family sent to church and then I did an Easter egg hunt. When church was over my family went back to the house and u played basketball with my cousin. We finally went to dinner at this fancy hotel.When we walked in,it looked like a buffet. I sat down and was served wih lemonade. I got a plate and stuffed my self with a lot of meat. When I was done eating I went and saw the capital and took pictures. When I got home I played some more outside and then went inside and ate pie. After my family talked for a long time we finally said goodbye. We left and I could see them waving as he sun went down.

I cant wait to get a cat! I can just imagine it. It will be white and fluffy and it will have a pink collar with diamonds. It will cuddle with me all the time and I will feed it very often. I will name it Ginger Fluffy Denham. This is my perfect cat!

Today I am very happy I do not have a lot of homework. I only have to write which is what I am doing now. And I have two pages to read in science. I think I do not have a lot of homework because it is a holiday. Thanks teachers you rule!!

I am really exited for lent to be over. For lent I gave up all kinds of meat. I did not give up seafood. I have been dying to get just a slight taste of any meat. I finally will on holy Saturday when my family will celebrate god and me for giving up meat and we will go to Benihana. At Benihana I will get fillet Minion,rice and shrimp with some veggies. I can not wait until easter!!🐣🐥🐤

I was riding my bike with mom. Just the other day we had bought my mom a new bike. I was riding in front of my mom when she told me that my tire was flat. I was mad that I had to go all the way back. When we got back it started sprinkling. My mom said that when the rain stops we can go out again. I watched my mom pump my low tire. When she was done she looked at the other that was already full. I was hoping that my mom wouldn't pump this tire but she did. She kept on pump until POP!!! It sounded like a gun went off. My heart raced. I ran up the steps to my deck to find my mom with my popped tire. I could not believe it. For the rest of the day I was mad at my mom but I forgave her.

    Today is Sunday but I wish it was Friday. On Friday I did not have time to write so I was going to write at night. When I got in my bed and pulled out my ipad my mom asked me what I was doing. I told her I was writing but she told me it does not matter any more because it was Saturday already. I was upset but I just plugged in my ipad and went to sleep. On Saturday I went to dance in the morning with my friend Miyah and then we Hung out.

I am sorry I have not been writing in a while. In this post I am going to try to catch you up in the last 2 in a half days. On Monday I went to my grandmas house and I saw my friends that are my grandmas but they did not see me. I got to catch up with my grandma and we made a lot of stuff together. On Tuesday I went out to breakfast with my grandma and mi went outside to play with my friends. We went to the bottom of a river and threw pine cones. We did a contest to see who could throw the farthest and I won. After that we climbed a tree and watched the sun go down. On Monday I packed up all my stuff and then I went outside again. It was just my friend Kat and I but Kats real name is Angelina but she thinks that its to long. She got the nickname because in class she randomly makes cat noises in class and she is good at it. When my mom came to pick me up I had ten more minutes with Kat and we were really sad to leave each other. I told her that we would see each other again in summer. We hugged and we wished that we could see each other more. When I hugged my grandma she gave me a special bracelet. I drove of and I could see my grandma waving in the distance.

My cousin Lia and I had a sleep over  and we made our own frappé. We were going to go to star bucks but it was closed so that's why we made our own. The ingredients that we used is
1. Ice cream
2. Vernors- optional
3. Chocolate sauce or strawberry sauce
4. Frozen cool whip
And of course a blender.

The Reading Race

I was on my last book for the battle. I kept on saying in my mind to keep reading. It was the last day of the battle and I had 40 more pages to read.
The distractions were filling up in my head like an overflowed river. I just wanted to get up and scream at the top of my lungs. But I didn't, and I tried so hard to keep it together.
 I could hear my friend Megan saying
 "almost done you can so this!"
 Of course she had already read all the books and had nothing to worry about. The reast of the pages felt like it took me hours to read just words on paper. I wanted to give up so badly but I had come way to far to quit now. I took one breath and read and read and read and read. I was reading so fast it seemed that the words flew off the page and into my brain.
 When I got to the vary last word I was not sure if I should read it but I did. It was such a relief but I still had to take the test for it. I guess I was not focused enough on the book because I did not get a good result for me to get in the battle.
 I was really real bumed that I did not make it. My friends were branding a lot that they made it bit I just sucked it up and pretended to be happy for them although I was a little happy for them.
To this day I don't regret trying I just regret not buying forth enough effort.

I was walking around Dunhams in the backpack area. I needed a because my rolling one was really hard to carry around. I was looking for a bag that went on your shoulders and is durable but also stylish. When I stopped in the middle of the rack, I saw a different color backpack. I picked it up and it had a whole bunch of animal prints in different colors. I loved it! When I picked it up and put it on my back it was really conformable. I am really glad that I found something.

I am really anxious for my grandma to come back from North Carolina. Her family lives there so she moved there just for the winter. Everyday I have been thinking about her and wanting to give her a big hug. In North Carolina, my grandma said she talked about me A LOT. She's been gone for so long I feel like I forgot what she looks like. Tommorow I will get to see her and give her a really big hug and tell her everything she missed. I am really looking foward to seeing my grandma!
